Has anyone used Hoodia for weight loss? Did it work for you and what else did you do to loose weight?
I am trying to loose about 15 pounds and started using hoodia. I lift weights about 3 times a week and eat pretty healty no processed foods. I usually have cottage cheese with flax seeds for breakfast, salad or edaname beans for lunch and a meat and vegetable for dinner but I still am not loosing anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
