Hoodia Archives

I am trying to loose about 15 pounds and started using hoodia. I lift weights about 3 times a week and eat pretty healty no processed foods. I usually have cottage cheese with flax seeds for breakfast, salad or edaname beans for lunch and a meat and vegetable for dinner but I still am not loosing anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Some diet pills can be very bad for you if you have health issues.So I am curious about Hoodia.I am needed something to get rid of about 20 pounds of fat.I know I need a good diet,
and exercise.I just don’t stick to the best diet.I’d like to try a pill.
Only if it’s completely antibiotics safe.
