Hoodia is great stuff to take. No counting calories, or forced lack of food, just normal, natural, healthy stuff!
i love this too, it really made me lose weight.
i take Hot Hoodia Plus and so far i really find it effective, really effective.

Hoodia aka Mary does not only grow in South Africa nor does it only grow in a desert. Back in Liberia, West Africe; we had it in our backyard. It is a plant that do not need waterin b/c it does grow without H2O and it is a plant that is very difficult to cut. As a child me and my friends used to play with it and give it a message to give to God b/c the old folks say it is very difficult to see it flyin around if not cultivated; therefore, if you do then that means it has bring a message form GOD
